Description

You will develop strategies, key metrics, tools, and processes to assess Starlink's business health by extracting insights from data across all units. You'll build dashboards, implement monitoring systems, and collaborate with technical and business teams to optimize customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, physics, math, statistics, or STEM
• 1+ years experience with Python and SQL
• 1+ years experience with statistical modeling and machine learning
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends

Responsibilities

• Build high-visibility dashboards and analytics tools to uncover trends in customer growth or experience
• Transform insights into action items for business and engineering teams
• Develop monitoring systems to detect trends and regressions
• Work with software and production teams to optimize user experience
• Develop and validate models to forecast customer acquisition
