• Strong agency background with experience working embedded within a major global brand
• Ability to partner with Brand Directors and senior marketing leaders as a trusted adviser
• Experience developing, coaching, and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Act as senior client lead, building trusted relationships with Dove brand leaders and stakeholders
• Partner with clients as a strategic adviser on brand and marketing strategy
• Be escalation point for client issues, resolving with solutions-focused attitude
• Lead and line manage senior team leads across social, creative, strategy, production, and content
• Oversee studio work-in-progress and project pipeline without day-to-day management
