You'll build enablement programs for a team supporting a rapidly evolving AI product. Your work ensures specialists ramp quickly and stay equipped as Harvey scales across 1,000+ customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create onboarding curricula and ongoing training materials
• Translate product releases into clear learning content
• Coordinate new hire schedules and track ramp progress
• Identify knowledge gaps from QA scores and build targeted content

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of support enablement or content creation in a technical SaaS environment
• Strong content creation skills turning complex info into clear materials
• Solid instructional design fundamentals
• Experience in fast release cycles adapting materials quickly
