πΌ About This Role
You'll lead the technical architecture of Tebra's complete Go-To-Market technology ecosystem, spanning top-of-funnel marketing to closed-won sales. You'll act as a strategic business partner to sales and marketing leadership, clearing technical debt and deploying advanced AI GTM technologies.
π― What You'll Do
- Embed with sales/marketing leadership to diagnose funnel trends and conversion bottlenecks.
- Serve as primary technical authority for Salesforce within the GTM org.
- Directly own and configure agile GTM edge tools and act as Technical Product Manager for core enterprise infrastructure.
- Lead team of 5 ops professionals and contractors in sprint planning and project delivery.
π Requirements
- 8+ years in sales, revenue, or marketing operations (SaaS preferred).
- Deep understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics and pipeline analysis.
- Technical expertise with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and analytics solutions.
- Strong project/change management skills leading cross-functional initiatives.

- B2B SMB experience.
- Familiarity with AI sales technologies (e.g., Momentum, Atrium, Hyperbound).
- Experience with lead routing tools like Qualified or ChiliPiper.
