You'll lead the technical architecture of Tebra's complete Go-To-Market technology ecosystem, spanning top-of-funnel marketing to closed-won sales. You'll act as a strategic business partner to sales and marketing leadership, clearing technical debt and deploying advanced AI GTM technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Embed with sales/marketing leadership to diagnose funnel trends and conversion bottlenecks.
  • Serve as primary technical authority for Salesforce within the GTM org.
  • Directly own and configure agile GTM edge tools and act as Technical Product Manager for core enterprise infrastructure.
  • Lead team of 5 ops professionals and contractors in sprint planning and project delivery.

  • 8+ years in sales, revenue, or marketing operations (SaaS preferred).
  • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics and pipeline analysis.
