🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and drive regional revenue growth goals for EMEA
- Scale the EMEA sales organization in headcount and capabilities
- Manage sales pipeline health and performance metrics
- Coach sales leadership on strategic enterprise deals
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years progressive B2B/Enterprise sales leadership experience
- 3+ years leading a multi-country EMEA sales organization
- 3+ years as a sales leader exceeding quotas
- Deep expertise in Vertical SaaS industry

- Experience from Tier 1 consulting firm, Big Tech, or high-growth startup
- Multilingual skills (English plus one or more additional language)
