💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to provide maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts using innovative technology like the T3 platform. Your work ensures contractors have reliable machinery, keeping projects on track. This role offers year-round company-provided OEM training and a supportive team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain documentation of work performed in a timely manner
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (at least 21 years old)
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
