You will bridge Finance, Recruiting, and Business Operations to shift from reactive headcount tracking to predictive, data-driven workforce planning. Your work will ensure recruiting capacity aligns with business needs through forecasting, capacity modeling, and operational audits.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in analytical/consultative role (e.g., Management Consulting, Recruiting Ops, FP&A)
  • Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets for complex multi-scenario modeling
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
  • Understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and headcount management
  • Experience in high-growth corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own recruiting forecast and capacity models
  • Lead predictive hiring forecasts and advise on role activation/deferral
  • Establish recruiting bandwidth standards and conduct impact analysis for trade-offs
  • Perform deep-dive audits to identify friction points and quantify impact on hiring velocity
  • Act as internal consultant on hiring efficiency and resource allocation
