Description
You will bridge Finance, Recruiting, and Business Operations to shift from reactive headcount tracking to predictive, data-driven workforce planning. Your work will ensure recruiting capacity aligns with business needs through forecasting, capacity modeling, and operational audits.
Requirements
- 8+ years in analytical/consultative role (e.g., Management Consulting, Recruiting Ops, FP&A)
- Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets for complex multi-scenario modeling
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and headcount management
- Experience in high-growth corporate environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and own recruiting forecast and capacity models
- Lead predictive hiring forecasts and advise on role activation/deferral
- Establish recruiting bandwidth standards and conduct impact analysis for trade-offs
- Perform deep-dive audits to identify friction points and quantify impact on hiring velocity
- Act as internal consultant on hiring efficiency and resource allocation
