🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead 3-6 month implementations for new customers from onboarding to go-live.
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects across municipal teams.
• Act as primary customer point of contact during implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve blockers.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in project management or client-facing role with complex projects.
• Strong project management skills managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Clear communication skills for customer and internal team interaction.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
