You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, employee relations, health and safety, and drive HR best practices in a growing, family-oriented organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as HR partner advising managers on daily issues and labor relations.
• Manage full recruitment cycle and new employee integration.
• Lead occupational health and safety committee and case management.
• Contribute to HR policy development and organizational structure.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or industrial relations.
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
• CHRP certification (asset).
• Bilingual French/English (functional).
