💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive the platform infrastructure strategy, AI Agent (Lumen), and core reporting frameworks at a fast-growing fintech company. You'll lead cross-functional product teams and ensure seamless, scalable experiences across all Siepe products. This role is pivotal in Siepe's transformation into a data-first, AI-empowered enterprise platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the platform infrastructure strategy.
• Lead product vision and roadmap for Lumen, Siepe's AI Agent.
• Own core reporting and dashboard frameworks for analytics.
• Oversee Excel integration strategy with data governance.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of product management experience.
• At least 3 years leading PMs or cross-functional teams.
• Proven success with platform-level capabilities at SaaS or fintech.
• Experience with AI/ML products or workflow automation.
