💼 About This Role
You'll own HubSpot governance and sales operations at Public Cloud Group, a fast-growing cloud consultancy. You'll optimize lead-to-cash workflows and build KPI dashboards to drive strategic decisions. This role reports directly to the CRO.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Administer and develop HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub
- Design and optimize end-to-end lead-to-cash workflows
- Build KPI dashboards and pipeline performance reports
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Finance for tool integration
📋 Requirements
- HubSpot administrator-level expertise
- 3-5 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or CRM management
- Deep understanding of data-driven sales processes
- Fluent in German and English
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo integration
- Knowledge of cloud industry (AWS, Azure, Google, SAP)
