Description

You will architect and build Peloton's Enterprise AI Platform, enabling product, people, and operations teams to deploy AI agents safely and at scale. You'll lay the technical foundation in infrastructure, security, and orchestration while mentoring engineers, and build the 'Golden Path' for leveraging AI securely across the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years in MLOps, LLM Orchestration, or Large Scale Distributed Systems.
• Deep fluency in production-grade Python and Go.
• Proven experience deploying RAG and Agentic Workflows in production with frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong background in Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, RBAC, and zero-trust networking.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Agentic Orchestration Platform using LangChain, LangGraph, or custom frameworks.
• Implement secure Integration Layer for connecting AI agents to internal APIs via Model Context Protocol.
• Design memory stores using Vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate) for cross-session context persistence.
• Enforce security by design: implement Identity Propagation, OAuth scopes, Data Clean Rooms, and PII masking.
• Define engineering standards, create templates and libraries for safe low-code/assisted coding, and perform code reviews.
