Description

You will support the deployment, optimization, and validation of the FACETS pipeline for analyzing tumor/normal sequencing data, including automating workflows and integrating outputs into downstream pipelines.

Requirements

• Current PhD or Master's student in relevant field
• Strong understanding of NGS, CN analysis, and statistical modeling

Responsibilities

• Deploy, optimize, and harden the FACETS pipeline for WES and targeted panel datasets
• Automate preprocessing, segmentation, and allele-specific copy-number calling workflows
• Run large-scale benchmarking and QC evaluations
• Integrate FACETS outputs into downstream pipelines
