Description

As a Service Engineer, you'll be an early member of a new team working on battery energy storage systems. You'll resolve complex technical issues across deployed systems, serving as the technical escalation point for operations and maintenance. Your role bridges field operations and engineering, turning operational issues into engineering solutions and feeding learnings back into product design.

• Experience with battery energy storage systems
• Ability to translate field feedback into actionable engineering requirements
• Strong documentation and training skills

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical escalation point for O&M organization
• Define handoff criteria, escalation thresholds, and response expectations
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Service Engineers
• Own investigation and resolution of complex electrical, controls, software, thermal, and system-integration issues
• Drive improvements in system serviceability, reliability, and maintainability
