Description

You will start as an Engineering Technician on the spacecraft production floor, gaining hands-on experience assembling and testing satellite components. As you demonstrate capability, you will progress through structured phases into an Engineering or leadership role, combining practical hardware work with early career development.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in a relevant engineering discipline
• Ability to work hands-on with spacecraft hardware in a cleanroom environment
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Ability to work in Midland, Texas

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly and integration of flight spacecraft hardware
• Support mechanical integration, bonding, and precision assembly per engineering procedures
• Follow cleanroom protocols (ESD, FOD) for flight hardware handling
• Assist with troubleshooting assembly and test issues
• Lead technician teams, coordinate production activities, and mentor junior staff
