You'll lead a high-performing ADR team in our central London office, shaping the blueprint for account development excellence as we scale toward IPO. Your core impact is driving pipeline growth through coaching, hiring, and cross-functional partnership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build a high-performing and deeply human ADR team culture
- Own end-to-end talent pipeline and proactive hiring
- Deliver call reviews, 1-1s, and AE-readiness coaching
- Drive team contribution to EMEA pipeline targets with forecasting discipline
๐ Requirements
- 5 years of management experience leading SDR, ADR, or BDR teams
- Proven success building and scaling high-performance outbound teams in enterprise context
- Strong background in coaching, enablement, and AE readiness
- Experience at a playbook-driven, process-oriented organisation
โจ Nice to Have
- Prior AE experience
- Fluent in German or Arabic
