🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for indirect commodities
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, contracts, and agreements
• Build and manage a high-performing sourcing team
• Track and report key metrics like cost savings and supplier quality

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 7+ years strategic sourcing or supplier development experience
• 3+ years people management experience
• Ability to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

• MBA or Master's degree
• Supplier industrialization for NPI and scaling production
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools
