💼 About This Role

You'll lead testing of Matillion's data integration platform and mentor junior engineers. You'll drive quality frameworks across automation, security, and performance. You'll champion shift-left testing embedded in CI/CD pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee testing of Matillion products hands-on
• Design and drive robust quality frameworks
• Champion shift-left testing across the development lifecycle
• Take leadership role in cross-functional collaboration

📋 Requirements

• Proven expertise in end-to-end testing of SaaS applications across distributed systems
• Deep hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Pact or equivalent)
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Advanced knowledge of databases and SQL

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with security and accessibility testing
• Background in CI/CD pipeline automation
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools
