You'll join CGS to process FOIA requests for a federal agency, drafting correspondence and coordinating document searches. Your work will ensure timely and accurate responses while applying exemptions b(4), b(5), and b(6). This role offers a chance to support government innovation with a growing contractor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and analyze new FOIA requests
• Draft response letters and FOIA correspondence
• Coordinate searches and identify duplicate records
• Review records for responsiveness and exemptions

📋 Requirements

• 3 years experience processing FOIA requests
• Knowledge of FOIA exemptions b(4), b(5), b(6)
• Experience redacting trade secrets and confidential info
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior federal government experience
• Experience with FOIA EXPRESS or SecureRelease
• Active security clearance
