💼 About This Role

You'll join a Data Science team distributed across Europe to design and deploy recommender systems that serve personalized sales to millions of users in real time. You'll experiment with algorithms, collaborate with ML Engineers, and present findings during team demos.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, train, and evaluate recommender system models.
• Conduct data exploration and feature engineering.
• Run offline experiments and A/B tests to validate impact.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers on model deployment and monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Foundational knowledge of Machine Learning.
• Experience with ML libraries (XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Prior experience with recommender systems or e-commerce.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
