You will set and execute the global HR operations strategy across all international markets, ensuring compliant, scalable, and people-centered frameworks. You will lead a distributed team, own compliance strategy, and partner cross-functionally to align HR operations with business goals.

• Proven experience building global operating models and leading senior regional leaders

Responsibilities

• Set global vision, strategy, and operating model for HR Operations across full employee and customer lifecycle
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of regional HR Operations leaders and specialists
• Own global HR compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to shape HR-related product strategy and operational readiness
• Design and implement global standards, policies, SOPs, and documentation balancing consistency with local flexibility
