💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to provide targeted support to students in small self-contained rooms. You'll manage classroom behaviors and maintain a safe learning environment. This role follows a school calendar with direct hire year after year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors
• Report behavioral concerns to appropriate staff
• Implement and maintain behavioral program policies
• Maintain classroom order and safety

📋 Requirements

• At least 23 years of age
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students
• Operate tactfully under stress
• Flexibility to change in routines

✨ Nice to Have

• Security or Juvenile Justice background
• Military Veterans experience
• Good driving record and willing to drive student van
