💼 About This Role

You'll manage a team of customer support representatives and ensure excellent service. Your core impact includes setting team goals, monitoring performance, and implementing policies to enhance customer satisfaction in a fast-growing fintech company that is making Africa cashless.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day customer support functions of your team
  • Respond and escalate customer support issues
  • Implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Conduct monthly 1-on-1s with support representatives

📋 Requirements

  • French fluency (required)
  • English at intermediary level
  • 2+ years as a Customer Service Manager or equivalent
  • 1+ year as a Customer Service Representative

  • Experience managing a large team of Support Representatives
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
