You'll manage a team of customer support representatives and ensure excellent service. Your core impact includes setting team goals, monitoring performance, and implementing policies to enhance customer satisfaction in a fast-growing fintech company that is making Africa cashless.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day customer support functions of your team
- Respond and escalate customer support issues
- Implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct monthly 1-on-1s with support representatives
📋 Requirements
- French fluency (required)
- English at intermediary level
- 2+ years as a Customer Service Manager or equivalent
- 1+ year as a Customer Service Representative

- Experience managing a large team of Support Representatives
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
