💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll assist with daily operations and help train new recruits using your fandom knowledge. You'll also contribute to meeting sales targets and maintaining store standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram and merchandising changes

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for music and pop culture
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Avenger-like communication and time management skills
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
