Description

You'll manage carrier relations, product distribution, and shipping networks for a growing omni-channel direct-to-consumer business. You'll own the transportation cost line, lead annual parcel RFPs, and optimize logistics strategy to support the company's growth and fast inventory turnover.

Requirements

• Day-to-day management of carrier relations, distribution, and shipping
• Work with internal teams to develop first-class logistics operation
• Support sales growth across geographies and channels
• Resolve in-transit package issues and customs problems
• Scale shipping expense while meeting service objectives

Responsibilities

• Own transportation cost line (~$24M annually) and deliver CPP/CPU targets
• Lead annual parcel RFP and ongoing rate negotiations
• Partner with Trade Compliance on cross-border flows and duty recovery
• Own returns carrier strategy and reverse logistics network design
• Implement long-term logistics network strategy and standard processes
