💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate end-to-end hiring and onboarding for a fast-growing remote-first tech company serving independent supply stores. You'll own scheduling, ATS management, and compliance while ensuring a warm candidate experience and efficient back-office operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
• Maintain and update Ashby ATS with accurate candidate records
• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding logistics for Philippine hires
• Handle end-to-end offboarding including exit documentation and equipment retrieval

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in talent coordination or HR operations
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
• Based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces
• Registered with BIR as an independent contractor

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby or other ATS
• Familiarity with Philippine compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
