Description

Lead the data and analytics function at Prenuvo, building it into a core strategic capability that supports commercial growth, clinical operations, and R&D. You will architect data models, establish technical standards, and partner cross-functionally to drive impact in proactive healthcare.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or data science with a track record of building data functions from scratch
• Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and modern analytics tools (e.g., Fivetran, dbt, Databricks, Sigma)
• Exceptional ability to bridge technical and business teams to deliver actionable insights
• Deep understanding of data governance in a regulated healthcare environment (e.g., PHI)
• Forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI/LLMs to accelerate data workflows balanced with prudent judgment

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and oversee a high-performing team of data professionals
• Architect initial data models, write production-quality code, and establish technical standards
• Own global data strategy and evolution of analytics stack (e.g., Fivetran, dbt, Sigma, Databricks)
• Partner with stakeholders to serve data needs across AI, Clinical Research, Growth Marketing, etc.
• Implement robust data governance, validation, and monitoring frameworks for data integrity and privacy
