💼 About This Role

You'll own and develop an internal web platform for creating and managing external pages. Your core impact will be scaling the platform across the company and improving performance and reliability. This role uniquely combines platform development, performance optimization, and stakeholder management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and evolve the long-term vision of the internal site builder
• Own and prioritize the platform backlog including components and analytics
• Drive migration of all public-facing pages to the new platform
• Improve web performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in platform or internal tools development
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and balance priorities
• Experience with web products, CMS, or site builders
• Ability to structure problems and define solutions end-to-end

• Web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals knowledge
• Technical background or collaboration with engineering teams
