You will lead the commercial renewal strategy for a portfolio of 50-75 high-value accounts per quarter in Mexico, ensuring favorable renewal terms, minimizing attrition, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires balancing efficiency with high-touch negotiation to secure long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in renewals or account management for enterprise accounts
  • Ability to manage high-value accounts ($500k+) and complex negotiations
  • Strong prioritization skills to triage book of business
  • Fluency in articulating ROI to executives and operational value to managers
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (CS, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance)

Responsibilities

  • Own the Mexico enterprise renewal portfolio of 50-75 accounts per quarter
  • Drive full-cycle commercial execution: quoting, negotiations, internal approvals
  • Prioritize 36-month terms to maximize long-term LTV
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and provide scenario forecasting
  • Collaborate with CSMs and AEs on expansion opportunities
