You'll lead a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians at a rental facility, using our proprietary T3 platform to create work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose issues. Your core impact is ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe, efficient service operation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using company tech
• Coordinate and supervise equipment mechanics and service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance and service experience
• Industry knowledge in rental or construction
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
