You'll develop and execute the strategic partnership roadmap for the Employee Benefits division, building enterprise relationships with national brokerages and technology platforms. You'll design partnership frameworks that drive measurable premium growth and expand ShelterPoint's national distribution footprint.

• Establish executive-level relationships with broker and carrier partners

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in employee benefits or strategic partnerships
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic partnerships in insurance
• Strong understanding of broker distribution models and benefits technology platforms

• Experience with benefits administration platforms or HRIS systems
• Knowledge of group disability insurance or supplemental insurance products
• Established relationships within national broker organizations
