💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical support contact for AHEAD employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You'll ensure efficient resolution of incidents and fulfillment of IT requests. This role offers the chance to support a remote workforce in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as point of contact for technical assistance in-person and remotely
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint hardware and software issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 IT Operations team
• Create and maintain knowledge management documentation

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in a desktop support role
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and laptop hardware (Windows 10, macOS)
• Experience with remote support tools such as Bomgar
• Capable of supporting VOIP and teleconferencing systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Mobile Device Management tools like Intune
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as Carbon Black
• Technical certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCSE
