You'll define the data science vision for document verification and biometrics at a leading identity trust company, driving AI-powered solutions to combat fraud. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital identity on a global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own data science vision for Document Verification, Biometrics, and Reusable ID
• Lead and scale a team of data scientists and applied researchers
• Architect computer vision and multimodal systems including VLMs
• Drive development of domain-specific foundation models
• Lead transition to agentic systems for verification workflows

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science or applied AI with production systems
• Deep expertise in computer vision and multimodal AI including VLMs
• Experience building domain-specific foundation models
• Strong understanding of biometric systems (face recognition, liveness, anti-spoofing)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic system design and orchestration
• Experience with vector databases and embedding retrieval
• Customer-facing and public speaking experience
