You'll own and optimize the full B2B growth funnel in a fast-moving SaaS environment, spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You'll drive pipeline growth through experimentation across inbound, outbound, product-led, and partnership channels. This role offers high visibility and cross-functional exposure across Marketing, Product, and Sales.

- Optimize acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
- Design and run growth experiments across channels.
- Improve lead quality and sales conversion rates.
- Analyze metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation.
- Proven track record in revenue and pipeline impact.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL, GA4, or similar.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
