You'll source and manage a portfolio of top-performing affiliates for our client, owning the full affiliate lifecycle. Your work will directly drive performance and revenue growth. This role offers the chance to work with leading brands in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and manage 10 top-performing TikTok Shop affiliates per month per client
• Handle identification, outreach, and retention of approved affiliates
• Act as primary liaison between client and affiliates for all coordination
• Deliver monthly reporting with actionable optimization recommendations

📋 Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or creator partnerships
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and the creator/affiliate landscape
