Description

You will build and maintain core infrastructure services and microservices that impact machine learning, frontend, and platform teams. You'll own features end-to-end and influence the infrastructure roadmap in a highly collaborative, in-person role. This role involves working cross-functionally with Core and ML engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience designing, building, shipping, and maintaining backend distributed systems
• Familiarity with Python, Golang, Java, or C++
• Experience with Docker and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience operating open source technologies like Kafka, Elasticsearch/Opensearch, Istio, or Vector DB at scale
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work at startup pace with high ownership

Responsibilities

• Build core infrastructure services and microservices for distributed configuration management, rate limiting, feature flags, A/B testing, and traffic capture/replay
• Improve performance, scalability, and observability of cloud infrastructure
• Deliver deadline-sensitive work interdependent with other engineering teams
• Own features end-to-end and influence infrastructure roadmap
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Core and ML engineering teams
