πΌ About This Role
You'll lead one of Vixxo's strategic customer portfolios, owning retention and expansion across a book of business. As a hybrid player-coach, you'll directly manage key national accounts while developing a team. You'll work with strategic retail and QSR accounts to strengthen executive-level customer relationships.
π― What You'll Do
- Serve as senior point of contact for 3β5 strategic national accounts
- Build executive-level relationships with Facilities, Operations, Procurement and Finance
- Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly QBRs
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across trades and geographies
- Own retention across portfolio with focus on zero unplanned churn
π Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in customer success or enterprise sales in B2B services
- 3 to 5 years directly managing a team of CSMs or account executives
- Demonstrated track record of net revenue retention and multi-million-dollar expansion revenue
- Experience with multi-site retail, QSR, or C-store customers
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS-enabled services or facilities services
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and consultative sales methodology (Challenger preferred)
