Description

You will lead electrical and embedded engineering teams, define technical vision, and drive execution across aerospace, renewable energy, medical devices, and robotics projects. You'll own design decisions, develop talent, and shape processes for long-term capability growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 10+ years experience in electrical engineering, embedded systems, and hardware development for aerospace, renewable energy, medical devices, or similar industries
• 7+ years in engineering design leadership and people management roles
• Expertise in end-to-end electrical and embedded systems design from requirements through hardware/software bring-up
• Exceptional communication skills to synthesize technical information for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical vision and capability roadmap for electrical and embedded disciplines
• Own electrical and embedded technical decisions and outcomes, serving as escalation point for critical design tradeoffs and delivery challenges
• Lead, mentor, and manage electrical and embedded teams, building a strong engineering culture
• Identify capability gaps and develop standards, processes, and best practices for design quality and execution efficiency
• Partner with Business Development and project leadership to define technical scope, execution plans, and success criteria
