Description

You will work remotely with global clients, including Fortune 500 companies, to review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements. Your role involves developing policies and advising on marketplace contracts, distribution agreements, and related legal matters.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 4 years' PQE
• Substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Ability to write and draft in Chinese and English

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including creative, advertising, digital marketing, procurement, technology, and partnership deals
• Advise on commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of Sale, distribution agreements, and related policies
• Provide legal support remotely to global clients
