You will work across the product operation lifecycle, identifying process pain points and user needs, managing requirements from multiple channels, tracking competitor features, and supporting system configuration and daily operations. Your insights will directly inform product decisions and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product operations or PMO experience
• Ability to analyze requirements and diagnose workflows
• Experience in documentation and internal policy management
• Strong logical thinking and cross-department collaboration
• Proficient in Notion, Excel, Google Workspace; BI tools or SQL preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pricing, product, and development teams to identify process pain points
• Manage and analyze requirements from multiple channels
• Track competitor features and propose differentiation strategies
• Write insight reports to support product planning
• Document system operation guides and maintain knowledge base
