🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and strategies
• Source candidates via diverse channels including job boards and social media
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
• Manage candidate experience and maintain ATS records

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in tech/fintech
• Proven Web3 or crypto hiring experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
