📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of development experience
• Solid mastery of web architectures (front, back, BDD, infra, deployment)
• Experience with DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience coaching and mentoring developers

• Experience with AI agents or LLMs
• Knowledge of lean principles
