💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them operationalize our AI decisioning platform after deployment. You'll deepen adoption across teams and realize durable value over time while partnering with product and engineering to resolve complex issues. This in-person role in San Francisco offers a chance to work with Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary post-deployment technical point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to APIs, integrations, and data flows
  • Build and maintain scalable technical resources like documentation and playbooks
  • Partner with product and engineering on escalations and feedback

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
  • 2+ years supporting enterprise customers in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of managing complex technical issues

  • SQL proficiency for investigating issues
  • Experience in fraud, risk, or compliance domains
