Description

You will lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, empowering internal teams, customers, and partners to adopt the platform confidently and consistently. You'll build scalable programs and toolkits, develop workshops and materials, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive best practices and product innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or similar role
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and modern web development (headless CMS, API-first)
• Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js), APIs, and SDKs
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
• Strong track record of building and scaling technical enablement programs

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful features and best practices
• Serve as company-wide subject matter expert and develop prescriptive implementation guidance
• Establish a scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to evaluate new features and influence decisions
• Create and maintain a library of enablement materials including patterns, use cases, and architectural recommendations
