You'll own the post-onboarding relationship for enterprise clients at a climate risk data company, driving product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities within strategic accounts.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage post-onboarding relationship for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Drive product adoption of Enterprise Suite across client organizations.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to surface feedback and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor account health and build mitigation plans for churn risk.
  • Collaborate with account executives on renewal strategy and execution.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in customer success or account management at B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise accounts with ownership of adoption and retention.
  • Strong understanding of investment and financial workflows (banks, asset managers).
  • Ability to communicate climate science concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to real estate or corporate risk functions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
