๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the post-onboarding relationship for enterprise clients at a climate risk data company, driving product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities within strategic accounts.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage post-onboarding relationship for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Drive product adoption of Enterprise Suite across client organizations.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to surface feedback and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor account health and build mitigation plans for churn risk.
- Collaborate with account executives on renewal strategy and execution.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in customer success or account management at B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts with ownership of adoption and retention.
- Strong understanding of investment and financial workflows (banks, asset managers).
- Ability to communicate climate science concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience selling to real estate or corporate risk functions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
