💼 About This Role

You'll translate industrial design concepts into manufacturable CAD models for human-rated space stations, working on displays, cabins, and mobility aids. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality habitation systems are built and delivered on schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate industrial design concepts into manufacturable CAD models using NX.
• Partner with industrial designers and engineers to align design intent with feasibility.
• Create and iterate designs: CAD, physical mockups, build fabrication, and testing.
• Research and propose appropriate materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience with CAD packages such as NX.
• 5+ years' experience collaborating with design professions.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize inputs across teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in aerospace, automotive, or consumer product environments.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX for 3D modeling and surfacing.
• Experience translating data across multiple CAD platforms (NX, Rhino, SolidWorks).
