Requirements

Bachelor's or advanced degree
Minimum two years experience at a global financial institution (new graduates with strong grasp considered)
Working knowledge of exchange operations, regulations, and margin methodologies
Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
Highly analytical and critical-thinking mindset

Responsibilities

Resolve routine and complex client service issues regarding trade/margin analysis, products, and order types
Assist with trading platform operation and features
Analyze and test existing systems and procedures, recommending enhancements
Handle margin calculations, commission structures, interest, and fees
Collaborate with local and international teams on common issues
