You'll be the face of Carvana at our Nashville facility, ensuring associate, customer, and asset protection through gate management and patrols. Your core impact is executing safe and secure protocols to maintain a safe environment. This role offers overnight shift and a chance to grow within a fast-paced company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and document vehicle movement at entrance and exit gates.
• Conduct routine patrols of the Inspection Center and logistics yard.
• De-escalate situations and implement incident response protocols.
• Execute Safe and Secure Principles using the SAS App and RFID technology.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of decision-making in a complex environment.
• Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, and card access systems.
• Experience supporting an OSHA program or safety team.
• Experience with crisis prevention or response plans.
