You'll drive the strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem for fast-growing global companies. You'll own end-to-end implementations and proactively identify platform gaps before they become problems. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on autonomy and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and optimization
• Design solutions across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, or Voice
• Lead large-scale CRM implementations end-to-end
• Drive automation, workflow design, and integration architecture

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments
• Multi-cloud expertise across at least 2-3 of: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Voice
• Track record of delivering large, complex Salesforce implementations
• Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies

• MDM/endpoint compliance and IT security framework awareness
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Platform lead, senior admin, or architect background
