You'll act as a key technical point of contact for customers and partners using a leading messaging and WhatsApp-based business platform. You will support complex API-driven integrations and troubleshoot technical issues. This fully remote role offers exposure to modern APIs, messaging infrastructure, and scalable SaaS systems.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide multi-channel technical support to customers and partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WhatsApp Business API and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with L2 support and engineering teams on complex problems.
- Document issues and improve internal knowledge bases.
๐ Requirements
- 3โ4 years of experience in technical support or similar customer-facing roles.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
โจ Nice to Have
- Strong English proficiency (C1+) plus at least one additional language.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business ecosystem.
